The documentary film "13th" directed by Ava DuVernay impressed me greatly. It explores the intersection of race, justice, and mass incarceration in the United States, and it sheds light on the systemic inequalities within the criminal justice system. The film is incredibly powerful and thought-provoking, and it effectively challenges viewers to confront the realities of racial injustice and the legacy of slavery in America. The way it presents its argument through a combination of historical footage, interviews, and expert analysis makes it a compelling and impactful documentary. **

Cultural globalization can be seen as both diversity and leveling. On one hand, it has led to the spread and exchange of diverse cultural practices, ideas, and products across the world, leading to a greater appreciation and understanding of different cultures. On the other hand, it has also led to the homogenization and standardization of certain cultural elements, as popular globalized media and consumer products can overshadow local traditions and practices. Ultimately, cultural globalization can result in both diversity and leveling, depending on the context and perspective. **

Globalization can have both positive and negative impacts on culture. On one hand, it can lead to the spread of ideas, values, and traditions across borders, promoting cultural exchange and understanding. However, it can also result in the homogenization of cultures, as Western ideals and consumerism become dominant, potentially eroding local traditions and identities. Ultimately, the impact of globalization on culture depends on how it is managed and whether efforts are made to preserve and celebrate diverse cultural expressions. **

A documentary letter of credit is a payment method in which the buyer's bank guarantees payment to the seller upon presentation of specified documents, such as shipping documents or a bill of lading. The bank's obligation is independent of the underlying sales contract, providing a higher level of security for the seller. On the other hand, a documentary collection is a payment method in which the seller entrusts the handling of shipping documents and payment to banks, but unlike a letter of credit, the bank does not guarantee payment to the seller. Instead, the bank releases the shipping documents to the buyer upon payment or acceptance of a draft, allowing the buyer to take possession of the goods. In summary, the key difference between the two is the level of payment security provided to the seller. **
